NUANS® Report and Name Pre-Approval

BC Government has two queues for name approval. We file all name apporval in 2 business hours. But BC govt. normally takes 3 weeks to process in a regular queue. If you have time constraint, we recommend to select the Priority Queue which is processed in 1 business day.

BC government considers 3 names in one submission. If you select only one name, you are not taking full advantage of other two alternative names. If you choose 3 names, it goes by priority basis. First preferred name will be considered first. If the first preferred name gets rejected, then second and third will be considered sequentially.

You can get NUANS report as fast as in 2 business hours if you choose so. We will send the report in your billing email address. If you need even faster than that, please advise us, we will try our best. Becausewe are an agent of Industry Canada, we can get the report pretty much instantly.

Of course. We are an agent of Industry Canada; hence, has direct access to the federal name database and provincial government name database. All reports are valid and can be verified with Industry Canada.

If your purpose is to use this name to incorporate (limited liability company), choose any one of the legal suffix. All of them have same legal meaning, choice is for appearance purpose only. If your purpose is to use this name for sole proprietorship or master business license or trade name/business name registration or non-profit organization, choose the option "none".

A NUANS® Report having exact conflict or partially conflict with an existing name won't work. In such case, you have to order again a new report with an alternative name. This process will continue until you get a successful report. The process costs money and time. To avoid this problem, government has introduced the pre-search system in the name database.
